Products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to discontinue or change Products at any time without notice.
When placing an order, you represent that you are providing accurate, complete, and current information. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We may refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is accepted.
All prices are quoted in INR (Indian Rupees) and are exclusive of taxes, shipping, and handling fees unless otherwise stated. You agree to pay the full amount due at the time of order placement. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on the Website. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount.
Products will be shipped to the address provided during checkout. Shipping times are estimates only and commence from the date of order confirmation. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other unforeseen events. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Due to the perishable nature of our pre-sealed meal Products, all sales are final unless the Product is defective, damaged, or not as described upon receipt. You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery for any issues.
To initiate a return, contact us at support@m4meal.com with your order details and photos of the issue. Eligible returns must be unused, in original packaging, and shipped back at your expense. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
Customized meals, opened Products, or those not meeting return conditions are non-returnable.
The Website and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by M4 Meal Pvt. Ltd. or our licensors and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. You waive any objection to venue or convenience.
